Hello!!
Thanks for dropping by!
My name is Nancy & I’m a Mental Health Therapist.
I’ve always found the human mind fascinating and mysterious.
There is no code to crack as to how we interpret our human experiences. How we heal, adapt, and make sense of what we go through during our journey and evolution.
Having been raised in KSA, and later working extensively in Qatar, I have developed a deep understanding of the Gulf region’s cultural and religious fabric.
My background, as well as 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, have shaped my approach to therapy, which could be summed up as compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique story.
My journey as a mental health therapist peaked following the explosion of the Port of Beirut in 2020.
Following the disaster, I began working closely with trauma survivors, in order to help them rebuild their sense of safety.
Over the years, I’ve managed to gain the trust of highly reputable psychiatrists, and received numerous referrals for treating individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Eating Disorders.
The model I follow in my practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT).
These approaches are widely known to be powerful tools for helping resolve deep and longstanding emotional struggles and fostering lasting change.
Whether you're navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, or trying to deal with self-identity challenges, I’m here to help you gain clarity and understanding.
So why don’t you reach out and let’s schedule a (half hour/one hour) introductory conversation, free of charge and without obligation.
